Like Prince Charming at the ball with myriad sparkling young ladies vying for his attention, you have many, many options when it comes to flooring. At Rehmeyer Wood Floors, we know that. But we also know that some floors are predictable and far too much like all the others to suit your distinguished taste. You want something unique, something you’ll really want under your feet as you dance through all the chapters of your life, from “once upon a time” to “happily ever after.” There’s no glass slipper to help you choose the perfect flooring, but we do have a few basic lines to help you start in the right direction.

Stock Flooring

By popular demand, we started carrying some precision-milled stock flooring. Although competitively priced, you’ll find that the quality is virtually unmatched. We use end-matched, tongue-and-groove hardwood planks that are pre-finished with our 7-layer Aluminum Oxide finish and a variety of lengths ranging from 12 to 84 inches. All planks come with small micro-beveled edges and ends and are available in 3, 4, or 5-inch widths.

Our stock flooring comes in easy-to-handle boxes and is available in the following species: Charleston Red Oak, Harvest Wheat, Island Sand Hickory, Milano Walnut, and Sedona Cherry.

Custom Collections

A step further from the hoi polloi, this category of flooring offers a wide variety of options, from species to finishes and even accessories. All are sold unfinished and are intended to be sanded and finished on site.

Our Prestige Collection is the most formal, uniform option. Options include Ash, Birdseye Maple, Cherry, Mahogany, Purple Heart, Walnut, and White Oak.

Our Pioneer Collection uses character-grade hardwood flooring specially chosen to showcase the special aspects of each species. Options include Cherry, Hickory, Pine, Red Birch, Red Oak, Walnut, White Oak, and Wormy Maple.

Our Authentic Hand Scraped and Old Trail collections each use various techniques in applying an accent color and hand-distressing to give you the trendy yet timeless look you’re after.

Our Legacy Collection offers a vintage look and feel that’s more affordable because of our use of some specialty hand-held power scraping tools. Once you choose Smoke, Cinnamon, Mocha, or White accent colors as well as a wide variety of species, you’ll have a truly one-of-a-kind floor that’s just right for you.

Extreme Custom

While we offer some suggestions to fuel your imagination, there are no rules for Extreme Custom flooring. Starting with uncommonly striking planks of flooring, we add rich coloring and texture with our specialty wire brushing and sanding techniques through our exclusive Rehmeyer Process. Everything about your Extreme Custom flooring is entirely your call, and we love trying combinations we’ve never before seen.

Whatever fairy tale you plan to live out, we’d love to create your happily-ever-after floor across which to dance each step of the rest of your life.
