While the more basic X10 transceivers will work for more basic systems, if you’re the go-big-or-go-home type, the CM15A ActiveHome Pro USB Transceiver Module is for you!
Along with the ActiveHome Software, which is free to download, the CM15A Transceiver allows you to send and receive all 256 unit codes, eliminating the need for one or more TM751 or RR501 modules. What’s more, it allows you to replace your CM19A PC Transceiver by controlling your X10 cameras as well. More powerful than you’d expect, the CM15A includes a built-in memory as well as a battery backup within the USB Computer Interface, allowing all timers to operate even when your computer is off.
Simple Programming
The ActiveHome Software that coordinates with the CM15A ActiveHome Pro USB Transceiver Module is accessible to anyone familiar with Windows-based home computer software. Its drag-and-drop design allows anyone capable of pointing and clicking to install and operate this software.
Extensive Capability
Despite its simplicity, the ActiveHome Professional system provides extensive automation capabilities for your home. Remember the first time you controlled your TV or another device via remote control instead of by directly walking up to it and turning it on? This system is the next big step, so prepare to be amazed! With an ActiveHome Pro system, you can completely transform the look and feel of any room in your home, from any room in your home.
Imagine finishing snack preparation in the kitchen while turning on a movie, dimming the lights, and turning on an aromatherapy device before you enter the room. Then, at a pre-scheduled intermission, you have more snacks ready to go, and the lights brighten to lead the way. And that’s just the beginning. Think of how much safer your late-night return home will be and how much more pleasant your morning routines can become.
But don’t think that ActiveHome is limited to indoor automation. Your next garden party can extend into the night with class when you can easily control your outdoor lighting, water features, and swimming pool temperature, all from a handheld remote control.
Increased Security
Since the ActiveHome Pro system allows you to control both regular home automation devices as well as security cameras, you can rest easy, knowing your home is safe and would-be intruders are deterred. When you and your family are present, you’ll know everyone is safe. And when you’re away, you’ll know your possessions are safe, as well.
Add as many home security modules and Airsight cameras to your home automation system as you like; the CM15A Transceiver can handle them all!
