Here at The Bedroom Source, located in Carle Place on Long Island, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the most impressive collection of fine children’s furnishings on Long Island. Our showroom is located next to Pier 1, just a few blocks from the Roosevelt Field Mall.
Our low-pressure, commission-free atmosphere provides you with an ideal shopping experience. The best way to find out about our furniture is, without a doubt, to come in and take a look. Before you do, though, here’s a sampling of what you can expect to find.
Berg Furniture
Definitely a customer favorite, Berg Furniture combines space-savvy solutions with plenty of possibilities. Most pieces in each of their 4 basic collections come in any of their 6 standard finishes: White, Natural, Chestnut, Nutmeg, Brandy, and Sable. Accent colors and hardware options provide opportunities for added personalization.
You can take a peek at each of the Berg lines on our website: Enterprise, Sierra Captain’s, Sierra Space Savers, & Utica Lofts. Whether you’re shopping for a toddler or a teen, a student or a collector, one child or more, you’re sure to find option from Berg that will work for your crew.
Note: Since this blog post was written, Berg Furniture has been sadly discontinued, but we have many other excellent collections of kids’ furniture to explore!
Smartstuff by Universal
The Smartstuff™ children’s furniture from the well-reputed Universal Furniture company combines quality workmanship and fine details with modern conveniences. Many pieces include tech-savvy provisions such as touch-activated lighting, cord-management systems, built-in electrical outlets, and flip-down drawers for gaming systems or DVD players. Creative storage options provide a place for just about anything you can think of, too, without sacrificing any style.
Collections include the following:
• Gabriella with its delicate lines
• Bellamy, with its elegant beauty
• Black & White, with its clean simplicity
• Classics 4.0 (in Cherry, Brown, or White), with its traditional aura
• Paula Deen Guys, with its practical build
Note: Since the writing of this blog post, Universal Furniture has discontinued its line of Smartstuff children’s furniture; however, at The Bedroom Source, we have many other collections of kids’ furniture for you to explore.
The Maxtrix System
By far, the most innovative children’s furniture we’ve ever seen is the Maxtrix® System. Safe enough for toddlers but sturdy enough for teens, each piece fits perfectly within the system. The Basic Bed can be a low-to-the-ground daybed at one point, but it can later be elevated into a Low, Medium, or High Loft thanks to Leg Extensions with Rock-Lock Connections. You can watch the transformation in action (YouTube video). Because of the amazing innovation of this high-end game-changing system, it has been featured on the “Mom Approved” segment of “The Better Show.” (YouTube video)
We hope you’ll come see some of these premium children’s furnishings in person at our Long Island showroom soon. Whatever you choose, you can count on great service and protection from The Bedroom Source, including these services:
